Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Clamor, operated by Movieclub LLC (“we,” “us”). By using Clamor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Clamor.

The service

Clamor provides live, premiere-night chat rooms for newly releasing TV episodes. An automated editor curates which episodes get rooms. We do not guarantee that any particular show or episode will have a room, or that rooms will be available at any given time.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Your content and conduct

You are responsible for the content you post. You retain ownership of your content, and you grant Movieclub LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within Clamor for the purpose of operating the service.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, abusive, spam, infringing, or that impersonates others, and not to misuse the service (for example, by attempting to disrupt it or access it without authorization).

Moderation

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor content. We may remove or hide content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion. You can report messages and block other users from within a room.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Third-party content and no affiliation

Television shows, episodes, artwork, names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Clamor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any network, studio, or rights holder. Show and episode information is provided by third-party sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Disclaimers

Clamor is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movieclub LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of Clamor.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
